Information Security Policy

For our company, information assets ( Information and information systems ) are the source and most important asset for generating profits in Data analysis services, Software Development, IoT introduction support services, worker introduction business and related business activities.

In order to protect information assets from information security threats, we handle information assets accurately and safely, realize information security in line with management strategy, and live up to the trust of our customers.

Security purpose:

Respect and comply with our customer contracts and legal or regulatory requirements.
Prevent information security incidents.
Protect information assets from information security threats.

  1. We will establish the following security objectives and ensure the implementation of various measures to achieve these objectives.
  2. We will appropriately build and operate an information security management system (ISMS) by expressing the will of our management regarding our company’s efforts toward information security and clarifying the main action guidelines based on this. Strive to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets, and continually improve their effectiveness.
  3. We will establish an Information Security Committee Chairperson and an Information Security Committee to operate the ISMS, and develop the necessary organizational structure for its operation.
  4. In order to maintain the risk of all important information assets we handle at an acceptable level, we will establish systematic procedures and evaluation criteria for risk assessment, and take appropriate risk countermeasures based on the risk assessment.
  5. We will provide regular training to all employees to maintain and improve the ISMS and measure its effectiveness.
