Delivered a product image inspection system to Kane-M Industries
We have successfully delivered an image inspection system to Kane-M Industries, a fastening materials manufacturer located in Yao, Osaka.
Kane-m Industries manufactures a wide range of goods, including jeans buttons, jeans rivets, doves, and metal thread buttons, as well as control items such as color blurring, aging, plating, and various designs.
The function of this image inspection system is to automate the quality management process so that the company doesn’t have to depend on personal or sensory judgment.
We delivered two units.
While demonstrating the operation, several products were photographed and compared with the images in the database. Together with Mr. Kitamura, Director of the Corporate Planning Office at Kane-M Industries, we confirmed the similarity and color tone of the images shown quantitatively.
“Can a product code in this format be registered?” or “How are the values for this product and another product different?” and other doubts he had when imagining the process were addressed as we handled the actual system
Mr. Kitamura looked pleased with the operation, nodding his head and adding, “Seems to work,” and we, too, are looking forward to the full-scale operation.
Pyramid Vision will go into full-scale operation after a verification period at Kane-m Industries.
We will soon introduce them in the “Case Studies” page. Please look forward to it.
Kane-M Industries will also participate in “FactorISM,” which will be held from October 27 (Thu.) to 30 (Sun.). A variety of factory tours and workshops for both adults and children will be held at several locations throughout Yao City, Osaka.
go take advantage of this opportunity to experience the fun of manufacturing by your own.
