Information Security
At our company, information assets ( Information and information systems, etc. ) are vital for our Data Analysis services, App Development, IoT introduction support services, worker introduction business and related business activities.
To safeguard these assets from security threats, we handle them accurately and securely, aligning our information security practices with our management strategy to earn and maintain the trust of our customers.
1. We will establish the following security objectives and ensure the implementation of various measures to achieve these objectives.
Security Objectives:
Respect and comply with our customer contracts and legal or regulatory requirements.
Prevent information security incidents.
Protect information assets from information security threats.
2. We will appropriately establish and operate an Information Security Management System (ISMS) to express our commitment to information security, define action guidelines, and ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets. Continuous improvement will be a key focus.
3. An Information Security Committee Chairperson and an Information Security Committee will oversee the ISMS, supported by the necessary organizational structure for its operation.
4. In order to maintain acceptable risk levels for all important information assets, we will establish systematic procedures and evaluation criteria for risk assessment. Appropriate risk mitigation measures will be implemented based on assessment outcomes.
5. We will provide regular training to all employees to maintain and improve the ISMS and measure its effectiveness.
